Carrying a load for this company. Entire load going on a last minute basis. 4 delivery appointments not set even while picking up load. First delivery set for 10:30 am next day. Get there, they won't take me as they stop receiving at 7:30 am. Now, I'm stuck with this receivers freight and 2 days later still don't know what I'm doing with it. Broker hasn't returned any calls. This "mistake" is now effecting my next 2 loads.

My Company Pinnacle Summit LLC ran a load for this company and when it was time to pay us, they said " they needed a new w-9" before they could pay us. So we sent that in and then once we followed up they said they "had paid us" already..that it had been posted. When we explained we did not get paid, they then said 'O, we just realized we need an invoice." Ok,,followed up again after sending invoice' and then no response to date. Dont do business with this company!

Hauled a load for this company was told of an appointment for a 00:00 delivery time. Get to the customer for delivery and load is not even on schedule then sit and wait 2 days to get someone on the phone because they do not answer any of their phone numbers on a weekend. As of 8 am Monday morning they are still not answering the phone.
