The forklift driver was exceptionally helpful and efficient in loading my trailer. He had to rework the entire load because the previous loader at the first pickup location had not loaded the trailer correctly. Despite this challenge, he managed to reload my trailer within 40 minutes. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication.

I had this company transfer my son's car from Portland to Pensacola. They gave me a price and when the driver got to Pensacola, he wouldn't drop the until we Venmo an extra $300 plus dollars. I tried calling them but no one answered. I will never use them again. My son is in the military, and they screwed us.

If your time, job schedule reliability or personal dignity are of an consequence to you, you should use another service. The worst customer service at the desk, hands down. Unreliable, information online regarding your cargo is inaccurate. Delivery dates can’t be relied upon, even to within 2 weeks. They do not return phone calls or emails until you escalate multiple times. Would recommend using any other shipping service over them unless you have months of flexibility in your timeline.

Our company uses this logistic service almost exclusively to ship our materials to all the islands. I do feel they could provide a more fluent process with the paperwork and admin side, but the team in the office is always pleasant and respectful. The team on the dock are rock stars. I feel they always get me in and out in a timely fashion!

Stay away from these thieves.Terrible service. For 3 days of extra storage they charged me $200 for something about 2 cubic meters. Outrageous. Against their own storage policies. So they basically charge whatever they want. I got stuck with them because the shipping company sent the cargo to them to store and I had no choice. Their trucking department charged me an extra lift gate fee but conveniently just left it outside my building rather than bringing it to my suite. This is highway robbery and awful customer service.
