Fantastic service.

I consider myself to be a small-time customer, but nonetheless I received 5-star VIP treatment from my first e-mail with Michele, to the final delivery of the goods with Bill.

Communications were timely, friendly, and highly informative. Michele helped move the process along expediently with frequent detailed updates. Surely there was much legwork on PRAF's end, but my end as the customer was basically painless and effortless. Upon seeing the completed paperwork, I appreciate how complicated a job it is, but moreso I appreciate how easy PRAF made it for me.

The entire experience was like working with a friendly neighbour who really wants to do the best they can to help you out. I am pleased I had the opportunity to support this business which was previously unknown to me; they are truly a gem.

Outstanding service, and so necessary for Point Roberts. Michele and Bill are always so accommodating, helpful and doggone cheerful about the service they provide. We've had several items delivered -- two freezers, big sectional sofa, garden shed -- and they always come without a hitch. Reasonable prices and everything else good.
