Terrible broker, manager rude dishonest and disrespectful. Pulled our team off a load that team was 19 miles out after 200+ dead head. I84 had a blizzard storm 2/21/22 and our pick up was 2/23/22 11:00am team still had 3 hours to get to pick up, road conditions terrible. We emailed Coldliner Transportation advising them of the road conditions and that trucks are sitting on the side of the road but our team slowly making way and they repost the load and pull us off because we told them due to road conditions our team drivers might not make it but we will keep them posted. Michele Martinez pulls us off this load regardless because she couldnt take chances and needed another carrier to pick up this load because roads were clear for the other carrier. No TNU, very disrespectful and unprofessional

Terrible experience with this broker!! No sense of customer service from Michele Martinez, load 0047991 was picked up on time and delivered on time, my driver did check in/outs on the Macropoint app, I even communicated the drivers locations through email at all time when requested. They deciced to deduct $250 from the already $2/mile bad rate just because the driver didnt track, this people have all the intention to rip up truck drivers/carriers with late fees or no tracking fees even thou you communicate with them, DO NOT USE THEM!

Warning: Do not pickup there load if you are going to be later for pickup or delivery they will charge you late fee 100% after you finish by sending you revised rate confirmation.Even if shipper or receiver doesn’t have any problem ..We was tracking since whole load and told them before pickup that we are stuck on previous delivery still
Made our commitment and done the load . Then still charge us .Greedy PPL

They claim to be open 24/7 but they’re not. Waited 3.5 - 4 hrs just for a lumper because they say they need to approve or won’t reimburse this is unprofessional they know they have early appt times they should have people available.
