I'm a big time advocate for using local businesses because I believe that you'll find a type of quality and hard work that you cannot with large companies. Georgiy Trucking did not disappoint!

After dealing with some aggravating brokers, I decided to look for a shipper directly. Ina gave me a great quote on shipping my Toyota Camry from Houston to Scottsdale. Working with them directly took the middle man I didn't need out of the equation and allowed for smooth and clear communication. I received my car when I was told I would, with updates along the way. This was my first car shipping experience and I'm glad that I found Georgiy Trucking. I wouldn't trust anyone else to transport my car.

Office staff is super helpful and the driver is a clear professional. Now I have a great car shipping company I will be recommending to all of my friends and family!

Car was delivered with damage. I did not dispute any of the damage reported by driver and dealership when car was delivered. However, I disputed the damage that was not displayed in the pick-up Bill of Lading. In trying to work this out with Georgiy, they blamed their technology on bad bill of lading saying it is impossible to show all the damage to a vehicle on their BOL. Then they said that I didn't provide the damage details at delivery time. No way to provide the damage details at delivery because the car was delivered filthy and BOL could only be matched up after car wash. Immediately after I washed the car, I sent the photos with the damage and an email from the dealer stating this damage was not there when the car was picked-up. Georgiy said the dealer lied about the damage and that he was going to fire the driver if he had to pay any claim. Since this was going to be a small claim under his $2,500 deductible, I suggest to Georgiy that I would accept $1,000 and call it even so we didn't have to go to court. His response was he would have to suspend the driver without pay. I work for a company that employs drivers, so I decided to drop the claim. It is clear to me that Georgiy trucking will take no responsibility, even with all the email and picture proof, as they will blame the driver no matter what occurs. The driver was professional, but accidents and damage happens. No way the driver should have taken sole responsibility for this damage. And using guilt on me saying the driver would be fired, is bad business. This is no way to treat your driver employees...shame on you.

It was my THIRD TIME!!! with Georgiy trucking within the past 3 years. I trust their professional services and their time manner. The dispatcher was were very helpful and the drivers very great. Very professional and and worry free service. They take a great care of my cars and helped me to save few hundreds on brokers fees by working with them direct. I travel every six months between Phoenix and San Antonio and in the past, it was a hassle to transport my Lexus RX 350. I went through a lot of broker companies online with the same old promises but ridiculously high prices and never the service I agreed to. Every time, the trucks that picked up my car were sub-contractors/ car haulers with completely different rules than broker companies. Thankfully, after some research for a reliable transporter company I found Georgiy Trucking. I like their prices, customer service, and the driver was a great addition too. Georgiy Trucking took the contract to move my car from Houston to Phoenix on a listing board. It took them 5 days to make the trip to Phoenix. When the car arrived it had a massive oil leak and new damage to the bumpers. They will not take responsibility or provide me with the name of their insurance co. We had a meeting with their adjuster set for today and they chose not to show. Instead they gave the following email response;

The George will be out of the state till Thursday. So we can not do anything before then. Regarding small claim we 100% sure there is no damage from our driver and only problem you have that you are not happy with car cause its old car that never have work on it and you bought without proper inspection from independent third party and enough pictures of car condition prior buying. We have proof from seller that bottom had damage long time ago. Also we may have counter claim for oil leak from your car from us and other customer who had her car in oil from your leak and she was taken pictures on this when she was on delivery.
We still didn't receive any proof of damage any specific details except pictures from old bottom of the car which has nothing to do with us cause it was pre existing before pick up and driver has no acces to see it .

This car is a 2003 BMW M5 which are very collectible. My only recourse will be in small claims court. Today is 10/8/19 and I will add updates as they occur. Please avoid this company to save the aggravation.
