Bad: Owner has an explosive temper. He shouted and swore at me and almost refused to have my product loaded when I tried to clarify pricing. His son who drives the fork is lazy.

Good: extremely clean crossdock. Bathroom available.

Came in For Cross-dock Services. Manager gave me a great rate for Storage. While they were unloading me - they were even nice enough to let me take a shower and clean up inside the Warehouse. Very clean bathroom and beautiful Space. Spoke to the manager and they have great rates on Truck parking too. Ill be storing my rig here for a beautiful price, with 24/7 property management to watch over my truck and the rest. Was beyond happy with the services i received from Artyom! NORTHWEST FREIGHT A+ A+ A+

Worst people I have ever seen. They agreed to do a job for $250 and after unloading half of the pallet they told us to pay $150 for after hours. The time was 4.30 pm and still they charged us $150 more than the agreed price.

They are scammers and loot people. So be careful before calling them.

One of the Worst crossdock service cross the country i had to call the police for them, they are very very expensive $75 per pallet for pushing it against the wall and they will not tell you the price before the work, they will start without letting you know how much it will cost, so they put you under pressure to pay or you will not get the pallets back in your triller.
Be careful drivers.
