Extremely unprofessional when it comes to dealing deliveries. Arrived to make a delivery for these guys early in the morning, and their floor boss was extremely rude like he didn’t want me to be there. Gave me a bunch of back talk and snarky remarks to me making a delivery. The guy had a serious attitude toward me and my co driver. He honestly should be terminated if that’s how he does business with the people who bring their products to them. Won’t ever be hauling for these A holes again.

Waited a long time. They did not exhibit good communication. Their system for will call is cumbersome. The employees were friendly.

These guys are great and if I could get them to let me sell them their trailer retreads they could save money and pass it on to the next guy. Not to mention that they won't have any problems with their tires, so product will be delivered on time

They have a 2nd Shift Position at which point is NOT 🚫 WHAT anyone has experienced. You work Wed thru Sunday and the 1st three days come in at 2pm....then are required to come right back on Saturday at 7am, and then at 11am on Sunday...
Thus...this is more like " SHIFT WORK ", not a particular 2nd shift as is from 2:00pm to 10:30pm... You don't even get the hours. 🤪🚫

On December 3, one of their Phoenix drivers backed up an off-ramp while I was in my vehicle behind him. After pushing my vehicle backwards about 20 ft (and causing damage), the driver left. I was able to get the necessary info to report the incident. The police officer tracked down the company's info.
The owner/manager (Medina) called to ask me to handle it without getting the insurance company involved because he doesn't want his rates to go up. He still hasn't given me the insurance info, but he has gotten his driver to call and offer to pay for repairs out of pocket. Can't leave a message for the driver since his voicemail isn't set up, and Medina won't return calls to the police dept. Pretty sleazy set up.
