I was put in a sticky situation when I was moving a shipment for a new customer of mine and our driver broke down just South of Phoenix. This particular shipment had to deliver on time and needed to get back on the road right away to do so. This happened during the evening and I had called many different places trying to find somewhere that could transload the freight onto another unit, but was having no luck. Finally I called Xcel Delivery Sercives and a woman name Jennifer answered. I told her my situation and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was helped and even stayed past her shift end to make it happen. I would be writing a short story explaining all the times I had to call her and ask for different little favors throughout the night. Jennifer's helpfulness and positive attitude made this situation go MUCH smoother then it could have.
