Beware truck drivers! Came here to deliver and had been waiting close to 3 hours. When i got a door nobody came until 40 minutes later to unload me. Even walked inside the warehouse to seek a manager but nnobody came. Plus the forklift drivers will extort you any chance they get to make a quick buck.

Attitude with driver, no notice of location change... punishes driver for lack of info about the location change. No notice on/at old location to reference. Warehouse manager was the person to state I should have to wait.. because I didn't know they moved.
Heard em yelling at staff on visit.
Got my stuff fairly quick though...
Update 2020* Down graded.. rude AF.
2021 update* Working with us I guess, 45 min late for delivery. . I'll add a star per positive visit. Still accusing us if things other drivers are doing, littering, leaving butts.

Slow loading had an appointment at 2 pm. didn't get into a dock until about 4:30pm was loaded within 15 minutes. Why give me an appointment if your going to make wait 2hours to load me My time is just as valuable as yours. 🤷‍♀️

When you come into lot keep going in right lane I until you get past sign that tells you check in is at personnel door AA. There is room enough to that sign for 2 semis, then everyone has to wsit on street.
Fill out small form that is on the other side of the window, left side. Hand it to girl at computer. She will not say much, so you wait. Truth is, they will call you once your door is avaliable. So, give her a minute, then ask her if she has a door ready. She will tell you to go park on the other side of building and wait for your call. Once loaded you go back to check in to get your bills.
Wait times can be hours or just a couple hours.

Usually these guys are quick. There are days where i don't have an appointment here but they say i do and the load is not due until next day-so it takes a bit longer to deliver then, but they work me in. Other than that they're ok.

They started unloading around 5 a.m. and they open the gates around 2 a.m. and they let us park on the street until the gate was open and they had me unload it before my actual appointment time.
You leave the paperwork in the back for them to sign and unload and they leave the paperwork back in the back when the trailer is empty and the light is green and then you leave.

Good people. I was late 3 and half hours. They told me if I can wait a little they will unload me. I was out of the with in 3 hours. Thanks guys

Let me check in 2 hours early and had a door 30 mins after and was loaded up in least then 30 minutes great place to pick up a load
