Good morning everyone! I had to write a review because my experience was excellence! Went to get a few things out of my car and I'm going back to get my car tomorrow. The people were very nice and the girl that works there was so sweet. These are good people and I wanted to say thank you and I truly appreciate good folks. The most unprofessional place I have had to deal with you have to have an appointment to redeem anything rather it be your vehicle or personal belongings that appointment is made through a company in Memphis Tennessee who apparently have no idea what’s going on in Mississippi office cause they schedule appointments for a closed and empty office with one worker that does what she wants. I had 930 appointment that I showed up to at 915 and waited til 945 and never saw anyone or received my personal property. No one called me back until 1248 in the afternoon which by then is no longer this locations office office hours the are only open from 9-11 mon-thu although they tow vehicles 24/7 very mad cause there was no problem with them retrieving my money for the fees but yet my vehicle was moved to auction when it was supposed to be placed on hold to be picked up by me and now I can’t even get my belongings highly recommended you never use this company 0 STAR RATING NOT 1

This place is horrible. They repoed my car on a sunday morning memorial day weekedn so everything was closed untill tuesday. I call tuesday to find out my fees and im told 120 by this dumb chick i ask her do i bring cash or do they take debit she says bring cash and sets my appt to wednesday at 230 which is of course all they have and i say to her great that means i have to pay for another day of storage and she says no. So i remove the cash from my card borrow someones car and take a 2 hour drive to get my car i get there and am told they dont take payments at the place and she has no clue where i pay call coporate office whicb i had already tried from 9 untill 2 that afternoon with no answer i finally get through and a nikita answers and decides is a nice idea to keep hanging up on me so in up there for 2 hrs finally get someone to take my 120 payment and am told this time 144 i now have 135 left on the card due to pulling the cash i was told to bring 3 more times this lady hangs up on me i finally get a new person who says we credited u 1 day its 108 now looking at my receipt its 35 a day and theu charged me for 3 days i guess originally 4 since i was supposedly credited a day and to top it all off dude scratched my front bumper from dragging my car out and my tire is now flat worst place of business i have ever encountered and now i have to call and fight with them again tomorrow oh and i was also told i made uo the fact that the girl told me to bring 120 cash like i just pulled that number from thin air
