I looked at various options to ship my minivan from west coast to Midwest. After talking to Arnold, I was excited to find a qualified company that had solid reviews and great customer service. However, the driver didn’t compare. Both for the car pick up and drop off, the driver mandated that I meet him somewhere else. During the drop off, when I didn’t have a car, he yelled and said “get a damn uber” to meet him where he demanded we meet. I didn’t want to get into any altercations so I met the driver, paid and left. He never once apologized for raising his voice or losing his temper. I sent a text to Arnold that same day as he had been so responsive beforehand and 4 days later, I still haven’t heard back. I’m disappointed in how they’ve handled this process and unlikely to use their service again or recommend them.

Worst experience I’ve had with a shipping company. I paid for their shipper to do an inoperable tow because my car shouldn’t have been ran to avoid damaging the motor yet their shipper was running it to get it on and off the truck. I had to help push my car out to get it off their trailer with my neighbor. ASG would did nothing to mediate this issue and didn’t respond to my email about getting the actual LLC info for who they contracted with. They were supposed to call me back after talking with the shipper while their driver was here, because they breached the contract by charging me inoperable rates but running the car. I felt bad only for the driver who spoke very little English and was caught in the middle so I paid the full amount so I wasn’t jeopardizing their livelihood and creating harm for other customers. My advice is that you look for a Company with more integrity and that has your interests in mind over their contracted haulers interests.

Ok, I did the internet search to have my Jeep Renegade shipped from Washington to Connecticut. I was barraged with what seemed like an endless stream of companies urging for my business. I'm not the type of person to pick one and hope for the best. It was difficult to know how to start my process of selection. In the end, I looked at each company's web-site, pricing/payment and more importantly, their BBB history. Most companies are not registered with the BBB but still have comments associated with their transactions. The company that I chose was not only registered with the BBB, but had an A+ rating.
Additionally, pricing was an important consideration. I did not go with the lowest bidder, nor the highest. I chose the one that seemed fair, since I want the company happy to do business with me.
After a fairly lengthy process. I choose Auto Shipping Group.
I could not be happier. This turned out to be the simplest and most straight forward transaction. I made a small deposit when the Jeep was picked up and the majority balance when delivered.
The pickup process was easy. They came right to my home, did a thorough inspection, loaded and then was off.
My Jeep arrived sooner then expected and was a "single truck" (important) shipment.
I have done the work and it turn out for me. Now I have saved all the contact information and will go straight to Auto Shipping Group for my next shipment.

Highly recommend Auto Shipping Group. I worked with Arnold for transport of my SUV from the east coast to the west coast. Arnold contacted me quickly with helpful responses. I had to cancel my initial transport 2x and he was still patient and worked around my schedule.

I had a carrier lie to me and tell me that my vehicle could no longer be picked up on the scheduled date. Arnold quickly contacted other carriers the same day this happened even on a weekend and got it sorted out for me.

10/10 would recommend and would work with this company again in the future.
