Rudest gathering of the likes of Baltimore City people you will find! My only regret is that buying from a reputable firm that has to contract out delivery, gives you the likes of these hooligans. What do you expect from Baltimore though.

Okay so Ceva had to reschedule my delivery for the following day. The driver sent a text that he would be about an hour early. The Amazon shipment arrived in perfect condition. The driver was polite and their truck was in very good condition. So how did they earn 5 stars being a day late? Stuff happens, how does this differ from UPS,USPS or FedEx? Their tracking app is as good or better than any of the big three. And no I have no financial interest in this company.

as of this posting, they still have not delivered the item (it’s now well outside the delivery window they gave) and they make it impossible to get a human on the phone to see what the hold up is. so far I’ve spent 60 minutes on the phone and haven’t spoken to a single person 🤷‍♂️ do not recommend

Delivery window to the UPS Store was scheduled for 9am-3pm but did not arrive until 6pm. After being on hold for 45+ minutes with the main number I called the Baltimore location. Person answered and quick to search the status. She supposedly called the driver and when she got back to me her personality flipped very fast. Told me it's delivered. I asked her when was it delivered because I have no email, phone call notice of it and the tracking said it was in Atlanta. She said she doesn't know but it's at the UPS store, call them. Got rude very quick and did not want to answer another question. As I was trying to figure out if it was actually delivered or she's just brushing me off with a lie the ups store calls me. It was delivered during the phone call I had with the Baltimore location, at 6pm. So delivered 3 hours after the end of the window and the tracking said it was several states away. If you have a choice don't use this company.

Terrible experience. Next time I order from an online retailer and see that this company is handling the delivery I will immediately cancel my order. My delivery window was from 9am to 3pm, nobody ever came. I called at 2pm to check the status and the rude woman out of the Baltimore office said she can’t track anything until it’s late. I called back a few times and was hung up on by another person. Finally at 2:55pm someone answers and tells me the order will arrive by 6. I don’t believe it. This contradicts what the other person told me about not being able to track. The HQ number provides no better customer service. A bunch of rude inconsiderate people.

OK, going to be honest. After reading prior reviews, I was more than a little concerned at how easy a time I was going to have in getting my deliveries. But I have a feeling that the people working for Ceva are reading the bad reviews because my experience was quite positive.

So why four stars instead of five? Let me get the bad part out of the way.

First off, it is *very* tough to reach a human being over there. I recognize that people aren't in the office as much and it can be difficult getting things set up for home. But it is frustrating trying to set up a delivery and you're even waiting a long time at the 800 number.

Secondly, I'd asked for email confirmation of my appointment. Both times I was told I would get them and both times I did not.

Finally, there is a difference in talking to the 800 number and talking to the office. When I contacted the 800 number, I was told that the earliest a delivery could be made would have been on a Friday (This was a Monday when I was calling in). I made the appointment just to be safe and called the Baltimore office when they opened. They were able to arrange delivery the next day. So there needs to be better communication.

However, the deliveries arrived early in the morning and everything was intact. The drivers were professional and they called us when they were about 20 minutes away from my house. So I do hope they are turning things around with their customer service.

They just lie about everything. It’s a shame that Costco uses them they are very poor, rude and unreliable. They told me that they came by and called. We have the proof no phone call no text, no one came by I even have a ring set up.

They gave a ridiculous window of 7 HOURS. I knew this was gonna happen so I was waiting at the door and nothing then I get an email saying they missed me.

I had to wait for one hour to get a customer service rep to be rude to me and tell me that driver is not coming and to reschedule for another waiting 7 hours so they can do this to me again. I had already made plans to set up the item for the weekend. I’m going to contact costco because this is ridiculous. If you see this company in anything DO NOT USE
