I had a mostly negative experience with this firm, especially with the owner Edgar who was extremely slow to respond, and tried to get out of paying for a hoist which I had asked for as part of my quote, which was needed at my destination. Thankfully, I had copies of emails to prove I had asked for it and it was covered. Then DO NOT BELIEVE that they provide a full inventory. They label boxes by number and general category ie. clothes/kitchen. Yet many countries ask for a detailed inventory of contents. This is NOT PROVIDED. Then when I got to my destination, the shipping and processing was an additional $1000. Two items were damaged, and trying to get Edgar to respond to the insurance company with my inventory took weeks.
The positives? Their packing crew was efficient (but did not take an inventory), and the destination company was also efficient.

This is not my first movement and I got a good experience with those things. I am definitely impressed on how the crew moved all my stuff in a very professional way...they were even more careful than myself in managing my fragile plates and glasses.
Covid procedures have been followed for the entire period (09:30 AM to 19:30).
Always professional and respectful.

Jacob helped me book a move from another city. His quote was very generous compared to the other local movers that I compared prices to. He communicated information easily and the whole process was smooth. The movers arrived exactly on time and cleared out our old apartment without damaging anything. They moved us into our new apartment and took great care to place our things and reassemble furniture where we wanted them. The movers were very respectful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend this moving service to anyone!

I had a really positive experience using this company to ship my family treasures overseas. The packing team was quick and competent and accommodated my really limited schedule. The office staff, particularly Katherine Zambrano and Jacob Hsieh, were always friendly, informative, and responded to my emails quickly. The stress of dealing with cleaning out a house and choosing what to save was greatly ameliorated by having the possibility of sending boxes and boxes of stuff to where I am living. The European shipping partners they connected me to were excellent as well. Good value all around! I would definitely recommend!
