Absolute garbage company !! I don’t even know where to begin. The “hidden” fees for one. Delays and lies. Got to Brunswick where they charged me 200 dollars JUST to enter the port to get my car ( which is an American registered car btw) that fee was on top of 845 dollars to get my car PLUS shipping. It was cheaper shipping my car overseas in a container with all my belongings than doing the “ cheap shipping” according to them! RoRO was soo expensive. It was cheaper exporting my car than importing it again. The fees here are ridiculous. Paid 700 dollars less to get it off a container overseas. Customer service TRASH! Received an email that my car was released and ready for pick up. I drive four hours to find out (well 200 to enter) and that my car is not released because shipping company didn’t pay. When they did they wire transfer, as I’m standing at the office knowing it takes well over 24 hours for them to receive it. Proceed to tell me “ it’s up to the port now” yeah nooo! It took two hours before they finally made an instant transfer. I was about to flip! Because also after two hours there’s another fee to be insinse the “ port area” 😂😂😂 I’m just lucky and glad my car is okay at this point

Aaliyah was exceptional as my broker for importing my car. She was always prompt in responding to my emails and consistently answered all of my questions with the utmost professionalism. I can't say enough good things about her service. Would recommend her to anyone who needs a broker for importing a car.

We had our car shipped from an overseas military base we were stationed at. It has been out of customs over a month just sitting in Savannah. The 7-10 business days that they report is the normal timeline ended weeks ago. They cannot get our car delivered and have no idea when they will. We had to spend savings to buy another car to get our family around. They should not have accepted the job without a guaranteed driver. Now my husband might have to fly to Georgia this week to get it and drive back himself just so we can stop dealing with this place. Do not recommend! Run away from this company!

DO NOT USE. HORRIBLY DAMAGED MY 2022 BMW That was listed in perfect new condition before shipping.
I get my car and everybody’s telling me well too bad you didn’t purchase the additional insurance because you already had your own insurance….so now you’re out more money after paying THOUSANDS to ship the car. There’s cheaper companies with better service!
So if you use them, beware that they can do whatever they want to your car and it has no repercussion for them. Trash customer service.

AWI Was recommended to me by my shipping company that took my car from japan to the port of LA. Within a day from emailing the POC I was given, I had a email back from Dan O , of what I needed to provide and how I can pay. Within 4 days, my car was cleared and headed to my home. I am glad I used their service and strongly recommend them ! Dan was very professional and respectful and the process was very easy for me. Oh yea, and I did this on the other side of the world. As for I was still in japan during that time. 5 stars

I have been patient enough waiting for the import paperwork our car that I paid your company to ship to me (Ramstein, Germany to Gulfport, MS). The car was delivered to us on May 26, 2022, with zero documentation.

I have called about receiving the documentation to register my car for over two months now and just keep being told “keep an eye on your email”. This is unacceptable that I paid your company $2,880.00 to ship my car, it arrives filthy, and now it’s been sitting for over two months because we can’t register it. I tried calling again today and now the message is to write this email.
