Terrible service. They were subcontracted by Estes final mile to deliver a valuable charging station for e-vehicles to our home owner's association. They did not call or email ahead of time. They did not know where to deliver it, and called once while I was on the phone and could not accept the call. They then knocked on a random neighbor's door who knew nothing of the project and followed her incorrect advice. The customer service rep on the phone was rude, unhelpful and unapologetic. The driver was unwilling to return to deliver the product correctly. I would never use this service.

Yesterday, September 11, 2019 (9/11), I received a delivery managed by your company. It was Abbyson family room furniture, a purchase from Sam’s Club. The delivery was a sofa, loveseat and reclining chair.
Most people only write a letter or an email to register a complaint, however this is not the case. Everyone I had any contact with, the dispatcher on the telephone, the delivery man and his helper at my home all were very courteous, showed me a great deal of respect and got the job done with no issues. The delivery men both were kind and courteous. They moved a couple of pieces of existing furniture to the garage for me, unpacked, assembled and installed the new furniture, cleaned up after themselves and we’re quickly on their way. There were no problems. I appreciate them all and their dedication to service, hopefully I will be able to use each of your companies again.
It’s people like these (especially on the date of 9/11) that restore my faith in humanity.

Do you want your furniture damaged? Do you want your merchandise lost? Boy, do I have the shipping company for you! Direct Distribution & Logistics can do both! With Direct Distribution you'll never have to worry about looking professional. Heck, you won't even look competent... or literate. You can count on them to stumble over every hurdle, fall short of every expectation! You can't lower the bar too low for them to still disappoint.

Direct Distribution & Logistics "lost" the first shipment we sent to them for delivery. 2.5 weeks later they "found" it, but, of course, a significant portion of it was damaged. Did they tell us? That would be silly. They tried to deliver it instead, obviously.

We shipped replacements, and, you guessed it! They can't find them. In a brazen display of stupidity and ineptitude, they managed to lose a brand new order within 2 hours of receiving it.

Seriously. This company provides three basic services: receiving, storage and delivery. Given that they can't actually DO any of those things, I don't know why anybody would work with them. They're actually an embarrassment to the words "Direct," "Distribution" and "Logistics."

Terrible service. They only deliver from 11 am to 3 pm. Like they are only ones who working at this time. Unprofessional.
