I had a really good experience when they packaged everything up for the move in New Hampshire —two months ago— and then finally when I got to Miami FL and it was time to get everything delivered these two guys, Petro and Rodrigo, were super nice, very quick, very efficient and it was a really great experience to have them deliver and unpack my furniture. I gave a five star review to 24/7 logistics moving service, and it was highly deserved.

Moved across country recently and am not at all pleased with 24/7. First, we were lied to by the sales person who said all the employees involved with the move would be 24/7 employees and not temps/day labor. The only employee was the crew leader. The office staff that did our final planning call were snarky and condescending. The packing and loading crew was at our house for 15+ hours and the workers that stayed were exhausted. That was evident on the delivery end when we found boxes full of opened shampoo and soap bottles, crushed decor, and random items obviously dumped from drawers. The only positive is that we received our stuff on time and all of our dishes and glassware weren't broken. For the price we paid (which was significantly more than quotes) I would have expected a lot better service.

The sales rep deserves an Oscar. Truly. They painted a seamless, efficient picture—one that apparently the rest of the company never got the memo on. Once they had our business, the service fell off a cliff. Every attempt to get answers has been a labyrinth of passive-aggressive responses and hollow assurances.

It’s now been over two and a half weeks and our belongings have not even left storage. That’s right—they haven’t even started moving. And while I understand contracts and policy fine print, no policy excuses the absolute black hole of accountability this company has become.

Here’s the brutal truth: their internal coordination is abysmal, their timelines are meaningless, and their customer service might be the most disengaged I’ve ever encountered. If you care about your time, your belongings, or your sanity—avoid 24ls.us. There are plenty of moving companies out there. This one just moves slowly, silently, and without any regard for the customer.
