Poor Experience with Ghanem Forwarding LLC

I recently had a disappointing experience with Ghanem Forwarding LLC, shipping a Hyundai Tucson with them. Unfortunately, their service was subpar, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Here are the issues I encountered:

1. Missing Tyre: The car had a flat tyre in their yard, and I was charged $35 to replace it with the spare. However, the main tyre was not returned to the car.
2. Payment and Documentation Issues: I sent a cashier's check for shipment payment, but it took five days to receive the telex copy. By then, the vehicle had already arrived at its destination, resulting in demurrage charges.
3. Poor Communication: The company's staff was rude and unresponsive to email communications.

Until their services improve, I will not use Ghanem Forwarding LLC again and would advise others to explore alternative shipping options.

This is a horrible company if they is anything less then 1 star I will give them, I gave them a car it took them 3months after to ship it. Also I gave them a clean car🚗 running and driving. And they shipped my car as non running my car arrived at destination all beating up and wrecked. And because of $30 they refuse to release my telex as a customer with them for years. Terrible customer services and lairs. Asked to pay them $30 immediately they refuse requested money order and tracking number sent via email and my car will be released also did that and sent immediately . And still they didn’t keep to their words, instead they requested till the receive $30 money order by mail. Horrible company, and to cap it all they are referring me to the shipping line for damages to my car I gave them in perfect condition. They will here from my lawyer.
