Don’t usually write reviews but couldn’t let another day go by without recognizing the great service and kind care I received from the people at Logistique LLC. Having had absolutely no prior experience shipping abroad, not to mention having heard horror stories and expecting astronomical fees… I was pleasantly surprised and greeted by an extreme opposite. They have an excellent costumer service, and are very reasonable and accommodating. Very professional with what they do, and they are very honest. If there’s going to be a delay in what you’re sending they would tell you upfront and keep you in the loop, instead of you stressing on why your package hasn’t gotten to it’s destination. I have sent packages through them a couple of times, and I can tell you, they do not disappoint. My packages got to Lagos even earlier than the speculated time. I have definitely found a company that I can trust and rely on to have my packages delivered in good shape and would definitely recommend them.
