Super convenient and the surcharges as minimal and worth the time I save. I especially like their hours as I can't always get to the Post Office before 5:00pm when I'm commuting home from Seattle, but I can usually make it to the Commons before 6:00pm. I've used the shipping service 20+ times since March, I've been lucky as I haven't had to wait in line. Candice is always pleasant and efficient.

My wife and i took a flat rate postal box for mailing. After a 40 minute wait (they only had 1 gal working and she seemed overwhelmed) we were told our box would be 27.00 instead of the 21.10 guaranteed by USPS. When asked why we were told there was a "30% margin". We decided 6.00 was worth the drive to the post office. There are no signs advising of a surcharge and they could use another worker when so busy. As my wife was trying to get an answer from the employee, a woman who had just entered with a flat rate box heard us and left. Just beware of their inflated rates.

Wonderful experience. I am very excited to have a place like this close by. When walking in, very clean environment, and very inviting. The employee was very helpful and super friendly. If you need any mail/Packages sent out from the Island, this place is it. They Ship FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Easy place to find and navigate.

Arrived at 10:50am on Saturday and despite posted hours of operation both online and on the door indicating they're open, they’re not. Lights off, door locked. Wish I had known, I would have made other arrangements to drop off my pre-paid return package.
