As I grew increasingly more daunted by the task of picking up dozens of boxes in my Subaru, my team recommended that we reach out to a local courier to help us transfer our materials from the venue to the office.

Enter: Washington Express. Their services were budget-friendly, and the experience was seamless. Tony was kind and efficient - you should've seen how much he was able to carry in just one trip!

The courier did not follow instructions - when he arrived at pharmacy instead of giving them the code I provided for Express Pickup/Checkout he got in line with everyone else - he delivered to my apt bldg but tried to leave at font desk - though instructions specifically say deliver to my residence - if front desk had not called I would not have known he was there. When I asked him why he didn't bring up to me initially he responded he always drops at front desk & didn't read instructions.
