I’ve been a customer for 5 years and they always take care of you!! Tonya goes out of her way to make sure I’m getting the best rate on the lake & I really appreciate it!! There’s 24/7 security so you will always feel like your belongings are safe! They store vehicles, RVs & trailers as well!

Being this was the first time I have ever rented a storage unit, I couldn't have been more fortunate to have Tonya's help! Her kindness and customer service was phenomenal, far beyond anything I have ever experienced. The lady there is a nice and understanding lady but the policy of the storage I think is wrong how they do people. When I started renting here a little over a year ago the price was great and I had full access to my property when I wanted, we'll now not only have they continued to raise the price 3 or 4 different times over the past few months but they also took benefits away by no longer allowing you the availability to enter or exit the property after 10pm. I'm upset over the whole matter but even more aggravated that even after 10pm that I can not exit the facility. How are you going to keep raising the monthly rent on a place and not offer but take privileges and benefits away? The security of the storage has not changed just a yellow sticker indicating they know your lock is on there, so what am I paying more for? I do understand things are placed in order for our protection, I just don't get why we have to have pay more. But the place is very clean and watched over great, plus the communication is 100.

The manager is great she has gone abobe just working there ,she really cares about the place and the people who rent there. Example we forgot to lock up my storage she has put the lock on there to make sure that it was secure that day and informed me with the it's a combination so the next time I came I was able to get in with no problem and switch the locks
I always had a cold water to share on hot days. They would be hard-pressed to find another person like her
