Very large place with security cameras. Had some trouble with the gates, but they have been working to upgrade them. There is climate controlled storage. Not sure if 24 hour access is available because I haven't been using them for very long. They dont have any dumpsters which would be helpful

So dissatisfied with this "New Ownership" using old reviews from the Previous Owner whom I liked very well, have been a Tennant for 20 years consecutively and never had issues until now.. Extortion is the best word I can think of and using e-mail that Lakeridge storage had no previous permission to use ,in addition to the lease the protection fee is ridiculous .their phone system sucks they give the ph# but it dosent work.. you call the office at the old pego # & it goes to lakeridge.. the protection fee is the genius of the Management Company they hired to increase their profits.. called White Label Storage- Smart self storage Management.. Looked into it because of the name on lease Protection fees is one of their strategies for boosting income..
