Always charging me for residential and liftgate when its a business with a forklift. Also I just called for a pickup ETA and dude gave me a police and fire depatments phone number out of Massachusetts....

Not just one experience, every experience that I had with the Oklahoma City terminal was a complete nightmare. There is no accountability for the damage they did with our shipments. A salesman who is an absolute liar.If you would like to have your shipments on time, with no damage , and no excuses , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Call Old Dominion or Saia .

They give rates for next day service then it takes 3 days to deliver. Will not ship from OK to TX with this carrier. They always lose or damage the freight. Customer Service is rude when you call to get updates on a load.
