I have been here for almost 2 years. These guys have always been upfront and honest to me. I am a contractor and make good money. This company is home to me. I am determined to pay off my truck, and I have witnessed MANY drivers I have met that paid off theirs. So it can be done! Just run hard, watch your fuel, and above all, enjoy yourself! Get to know the people in the office, they can help with any problems that arise!!!! Please don't listen to the negative reviews. Come here and see for yourself! I enjoyed my short time with WFX. I made some pretty decent money there. I only left because they could never get me home on time. I live in Phoenix, AZ and they tell you in orientation that we’re called western flyer express for a reason expect to go to Cali often. I went to Cali 1 time in the 4 months I worked there. I only went home 3 times and made it only once on time bringing my truck home. The other 2 times I left the truck in OKC and drove my personal car back and forth just to make it home on time for important things I needed to attend too. Mind you I always set my home time for 2 days before I actually need to go home. Other than that they’re a pretty good company to work for if all you do is live in your truck. I’d say there’s only 2 things I wish they did. A fuel discount with loves who they use for fuel. Second is personal maintenance accounts. Just sucks you’re putting money into a company wide account and never see it. It’s like you’re paying for other people’s bills. If it doesn’t work out at Swift and I’m eligible for rehire I’d go back.

If you want to get home on time this isn’t the company for you. You will not get paid for holidays,vacation. The biggest problem is there’s to many Chiefs and not enough Indians. The shop takes 4-6 hours to do a PM. INWARD FACING CAMERAS WITH AUDIO that’s ALWAYS on. They do allow the camera to be covered while the truck is parked. Lastly new hires will have to pay for orientation. Company trucks 65 on the floor 67 cruise. Lease 67 floor 70 cruise.

(LEASE PURCHASE) If your plan doesn’t consist of living out of your truck stay company driving. It has it’s up and down. If you’re homeless this is amazing. Had to walk away for my family. Stay away from this brokerage guys they are not responsible once you pick up load no one answer your calls messages or emails
They said sorry we are not able to pay you lumper fees if you wanna pay from your pocket it’s up to you what the hell is that
I booked a load with them on 2/24/25 from Phoenix AZ to Puyallup WA BROKER name is Esther she is not answering calls emails and messages they waste my all night at reciever like 8/9 hours !
Management needs to watch her
Everyone have family we truckers done our great job for this country but they guys don’t care about us this is totally unacceptable and ridiculous I’m not seen this kind of brokerage in my 7 years experience

I just started here and classroom orientation isn't for everyone none of this dispatcher know who is new or not told there was wifi in truck there not so seems like all trucking just l say what u want here and different when u start driving

Wfx always treating me good.good miles and awesome staff members.i have no complaints. Randy is a very good owner and does great things for drivers. Free merchandise,free food,gift cards . Most companies don’t care but Wfx always cares. I love this place
