This business is a scam. Mr Keith don’t care about your move. He just want you to pay the deposit and not show up. I got a quote for a move and sent my deposit for him not to show up. That’s fine because I will see you in court.

I found this company at the last minute, literally the night before my scheduled move due to my helpers backing out on me... my experience with them was A1!! Very reasonable price! Keith and his workers worked quickly and smoothly! When my date to move in got pushed back they were flexible enough to load one day and come back another day to unload!!!!! You wouldn’t get this type of dedication from other moving companies TRUST me... Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I reached out to Keith on 4/29/22. I paid Keith (the owner) $30 on 5/5/22 for a booking deposit. He agreed that he would come to my home on 5/6/22 at 8:00am. He did not show up to my house until 11:00am. He did not bring any help so my husband had to help him move the furniture. He said his help would arrive in 30 minutes but his help never came. It took my husband and Keith about two hours to load everything. After unloading everything, Keith left my house and was gone for six hours. Then he came back to my house to pick up the Uhaul. He did not drive my things up until after 6pm that night. He had to make several stops on the way because he needed oil for his personal car, and went to get it serviced.He knew well in advance that he would be going on a three hour trip but still decided to drive unreliable transportation. He did not arrive into town until about 1:00am. Then he called me saying that his personal car ran hot, was jumping, needed spark plugs, and oil. He called me at 2:00am asking me to come pick him up to take him to a gas station to get spark plugs. I told him gas stations do not sale spark plugs and that I was not coming out that late. I had to beg him to bring my Uhaul to me but he refused to leave his personal vehicle at the gas station. I had to sleep in my new place without any of my belongings. No bed, no pillow, no nothing! I called him several times, no answer. I didn’t get my stuff until 7:40am the next day. Then he was super lazy!! He asked my new next door neighbors to help him move my stuff in. Then he took several breaks. When it was time to pay I only gave him half of what he asked for. He acted a darn fool. Started cussing me out and pulled out a gun on me!!! I will NEVER use him again. If I have to move again I will move it myself.

Horrible customer service and no RESPECT. Mr. Keith Hardin was supposed to show up with a 2 man crew at 0900 hours and did not shout up until 1245 and was all alone. Upon Mr.Hardin moving some items, he noticed my police badge sitting in the counter and started ranting on how he didn’t like police and how they are “spying” on him with camera in his vehicle and residence. When asked where his help was, Mr. Hardin stated “ I knew you were a cop and didn’t want his men to be caught up in this mess”. I had Mr.Hardin unload my belongings and leave my residence. BTW, we will see him in small claims court for the 120 deposit we put down to secure this horrible experience. Unprofessional and will not recommend to anybody.

If moving isn't stressful enough, how about not having your movers show up. Do not trust this business. Keith Hardin is a scam artist who looks like he just came from cell block c. Keith and I scheduled a day to make my big move. He came the day before to get his deposit after business hours in the middle of the night. That was the 1st sign. The day of, he was supposed to be here at 0800. I waited until 0845 but still recieved no phone call. I called him consistently but no one answered until 1100. I told them that they should have that same energy that they had when they came for the deposit... After giving them a piece of my mind and letting them know how unprofessional they are they offered me a huge discount. He said he will be at my place at 1300. But still, the movers never showed. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge and now I'm driving a uhaul truck. Do not trust these people. They are scam artists and the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered! I hope you read this review before going into business with them. Now I have to go to the police.

We purchased floor sample appliances from a local retailer and needed them delivered ASAP. We couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience of using Best Price Movers! First I called in the evening (after closed) and Keith answered on the second ring! He asked precise questions in order to provide a quote and emailed that quote to me immediately. I easily paid a deposit online. We made an appointment for when the store opened the following day. When we arrived early to meet them at the store (our choice) they were already there with the truck opened and ready to go. They wrapped all of the appliances and delivered them without a scratch. They even helped us move an old appliance to the basement which wasn’t asked for initially and wasn’t included in the quote. They were efficient and courteous. A wonderful experience and we highly recommend them!

I had to move immediately, Kevin and his team helped me out tremendously. They disassembled everything and reassembled everything at my new place. They were friendly, and got to business quickly. I even had to buy a new mattress and they stopped by Rooms To Go and picked it up from there. They were able to perform a same day move with quickness and care. I was completely satisfied with their service.

This company may be on the way down. My daughter hire these people, one guy showed up and looked at the move. He wrap a few things and left. This guy never answered the phone again and took my daughter $200 deposit and she can’t get anyone on the phone to see what happened. Not sure if he thought my daughter was going to be alone or what. Do not use this company something is not right. Ladies make sure you have someone with you if. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BE AWARE…….!!!…
