AMAZING service! They delivered a massive swingset (800lbs) to my house. When they called to schedule the delivery they were super nice and easy to talk to. The delivery showed up on time and the driver (bobby) was awesome despite the difficulty of my driveway he still managed to get all 800lbs of swingset safely and securely onto my property. All with a smile and great attitude!

They NEVER call before delivering!!!!!!!! Today they delivered a crated RV glass to the small business I work with during the lunch hour expecting us to be able to unload!!!!!!! It even says on the BOL to call first!

I was told to expect delivery between 1100-1500 today. It never came. I wasted my whole day waiting for them. Nor did I receive a call from the driver with one hour advance that I had requested. I offered to pick it up in OKC myself but after calling several times and leaving my information with secretaries, whoever they passed it on to never called me back. I can not emphasize enough that you do not use this company:

This is the most reliable trucking company that my business uses, and the only one that answers the phone. They actually did a sweep of their inventory when we called about a lost order, and got it delivered to us the next day. Jeff is the best driver!

We had same experience as everyone else on here. They said the delivery window was 11-3, and that they would call 30 min before delivery. No call. We called back at 4:00. The dispatch person said they would call the driver. Dispatch person never called us back. We called back at 6:00, and the new dispatch person told us that the delivery person has been gone for two hours. The new dispatch person actually said that the delivery driver left early to go to the casino....like what!!! It is Friday - apparently they don't work weekends, holidays, Fridays after 3:00, or whenever the casino is open. We got a new delivery time of next Tuesday from 11 to 3. Wasted a whole day, and they didn't have the courtesy to even call with an update. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional. We didn't pick this delivery company but if we get a choice in the future, we will not do business with this company. Completely unacceptable.

They say it's delivered and signed for when my security footage shows otherwise. He rang the bell and left. I chased him down the road. He didn't stop. They said ask my neighbors. I literally watched him drive off and take nothing out of the truck. Now I have to go thru a huge process and download my footage and send it in and wait for resolution on an expensive gift I can't afford to replace and wait for a refund. I had no choice in carrier but if I ever do it won't be this company.
