Melissa is amazing! On a day when Texas was being hit with a near-record low of 20 degrees, with 0 degree wind chill and icy roads, Melissa went out of her way to drive to the office just so we could get moving supplies. She is the true definition of “customer first” and will do everything she can to help you with your moving and storage needs. Strongly recommended and you won’t be sorry!

I made a reservation to pick up a U-Haul box truck and the time on the reservation was wrong. AJ waited till I got there after closing for me to pick up the truck and I am very grateful she did that. Thank you for the wonderful experience for my first rental. It was easy and she made me feel comfortable doing it.

We walked in to rent a 10 foot truck, and the owner was amazing! She made everything quick and easy! She was extremely nice too.
10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone. This was the best experience. 😊

It started out great, then prices got jacked way up, you couldn’t find anyone at the office during business hours,they don’t allow 24 hr access, and they told you you have to have insurance to keep your things here, we moved out immediately. upon requesting a refund for the almost full month of vacancy on 2 units, they declined, they will get you in and then rob you blind at the end when you ask for your money back.
