I don't have them... was actually calling to get trash service... but the sarcastic and rude individual on the other end of the line made my decision to pay a little more for trash pick up, and a lot less headache. It amazes me just how simple minded and Rude some of these business owners out this way truly are!

I like total sanitation! They pick up on schedule and if I fall behind on my bill, I pay my balance and resume pick up! The workers are friendly too!!

My one month project took 4 months to be completed due to then being unable to pick up the container, their excuse was a bunch of lies, first that their truck was broke down and as soon I walked out there was a truck coming in, so now they said they had other orders in front of mine. They kept the money to an undeliver container and later use it for overweight fees when the container was not even full, they wouldn’t answer our calls and many issues more. Not recommended at all. Worst experience ever

Signed up in March. Was told they would provide a container but was out at that time. Going into September - hasn't picked up any trash yet. But they have charged each month.

Today was day one of my service and they didn't show up.... sure didn't have any issue charging me for the service though. I'll be canceling tomorrow and finding a business that can actually perform the service they offer.

They always pick up the trash on their own time it seems. I have auto pay set up but some weeks they miss it, they say I'm not on the list etc. I've had issues with them but was able to keep calling to get it resolved. I called this last time to change my card and she said I had a balance on their account due to "THEIR" new system and it's been taking payments out of my account.. they're a waste of money and time

It makes me give them one star! I would choose -5. I missed trash one week the next they refused my three extra bags. I called, the boss sent them back. Here these guys come all full of attitude. I finally asked them to leave the property. They refused. Then later get in truck goes around corner still mouthing...gets back out and comes walking up on my husband. Cusing some more. I asked for my money back, talked to the boss. Even agreed to take my trash back...whatever. They still refused. They make a mess every week. DO NOT USE THEM! go with neighborhood instead!

Total sanitation was able to provide me two 40 yard dumpsters for a client of mine last minute over the holidays!! They were able to coordinate delivery and retrieval in a timely manor and helped my team run smooth! Other people I tried had a waiting list! Thank you again!
