We just paid 25 dollars for a car wash and our truck is still dirty . Very disappointed … will not return !

Great quick way to keep your car clean. The vacuums work really well, and I love they supply towels at the end. Is it going to be a good as a car detailer? No of coarse not but it’s the next best thing. I have the monthly unlimited membership and I love it.

Staff are underpaid, overworked, and not appreciated by owners. scrubbing cars 8-12 hours a day everyday in a hot humid tunnel is inhumane, I do not enjoy seeing those boys suffer unlike some people I will never be doing business with this shady carwash ever again.

I have been very happy with my carwash here for years now. But now that I have a new car, I am not happy. back fender on the drivers side got damaged and is now sticking out and will require a body shop to fix. It is a red 2021 Camry. I now wish to cancel my family membership. Noone answers the phone when I call.

I am really displeased with this place and rethinking my monthly membership. First problem is that we pay for the top tear membership to only get a half ass job donevinside the wash. Undercarriage and rims are always still dirty coming straight out of wash. The vacuums situation is hit and miss. One day I fully unloaded my trunk and took car seat out for vacuuming, only to find that both vacuums on each side were down. Oh the inconvenience!! But my main issue is that they are most the time short handed with only one person working the brush in front and back of vehicle. And what pisses me off about that is that one person should not have to do a two person job. It is unfair and not safe. My assumption is like most places the pay is crap! And with today's wages and the cost of living that is totally unexpectable. I will assume that the $$ is only going to fatten the owners pockets and disregard everyone else. But the flip side is, I can go down the road and have good service and a actual clean Jeep.

This is what your car will look like after paying $25 to wash your car. Looks like a ton of sand in their water system and it don't rinse well. Will wait for the new car wash to open up and pay them hard earned money to wash my car right. City needs to inspect this place. I should be issued a full refund

I had been using another car wash in town. The back end of my car was never clean. Decided to try Bullet and it was actually washed. Cancelled my other membership and signing up with Bullet!!!
