I have recently avoided this store as per poor food quality and service. Numerous times I order a #2 which is supposed to have 7 tenders and I either receive food so overcooked it’s not edible or less than the amount of what is described and paid for.
$17.31 is a complete theft from the consumers.

I use to love the chicken tenders and sides, about 2 years ago. I was in the area, so I stopped and bought a chicken tender combo... The food was pretty bad; the tea tasted awful... Did something happen with the old management and staff?

Dried up chicken strips, mushy macaroni looked already chewed, & hard okra. Got home and realized this, called them & the mgr was polite but would not reimburse me until I drove back to them and then she would exchange my food. I see why they have no business ever.

I’d give this place negative stars but my only option was at least one star. Horrible food. Chicken was dry and old. I couldn’t even chew it. The okra was horrible and hard. Rolls were super hard and crunchy. I discovered this after driving home. It was the worst food I ever ate. I ate about 12 hours ago and I’m still disgusted with it. Unbelievably horrible! Oh the corn on the cob was horrible as well. Gross gross gross

My sister just got fired from your gun barrel city location unfairly. I wasn't aware that helping someone that had a horrific car accident in front of her was wrong. Not was I aware that taking burnt tenders to the back to be thrown out was a crime. She has never once stolen food or has she ever not gone to work late or left early she has actually come in to work for people on her days off.

Says under new management but the food is worse always cold never fresh the tea taste horrible like it’s super old and on top of that you get slower service then before!

The last couple of times I have eaten here i have gotten sick. I don't know if the chicken is old or the grease is bad. No more Chicken Express for this family.
