Kimi in lawn and garden is ALWAYS a wealth of information and the cashier (Stacie or Tracie) was friendly and had no problem finding an outside product that I needed (salt pellets for purifier). I forget the name of the helpful lady that fetched the salt and put it into my car trunk. It was an easy, quick and successful trip.

Always a good experience! I had 4 different employees ask if I needed help. They all helped me find my items. Everyone knew where the things were.Customer service and very competitive prices! I love shopping here!

Little bit of a late post but took my youngest son here to take pictures with Santa and wound up shopping around in the store for a bit. Found a knife my oldest son wanted for Christmas and since the kids were with us had to come back at a later time to get it. By the time we got to come back the only knife left was the one on display. Assistant Manager Kadie let us by the display knife and helped us make our son’s morning on Christmas! Thank you for being so kind and understanding!

Always happy to come to Groom& Sons when Stacy is working the front desk. Today I had so much in my car there was no way 2 chairs were going to fit in but Stacy made it happen. I just recognize her for the effort she put in to do such a great job her customer service was spot on& some.

Came in after leaving Lowe’s and Rebecca aka tater helped us from start to finish cutting wire and getting all our fittings. She is amazing at customer service.

Purchased lumber, directed out to yard, waited for assistance in loading… nobody ever came 😔. A young man on forklift at end of the bay saw us but loaded his materials up and went away. Could have shopped at Lowe’s if I wanted to load up my own products. One of the only reasons go to grooms, but no customer service at all this time…. as a side note, with no supervision could have upgraded my materials, but I didn’t… even guy at gate was unpleasant

Employees are always very helpful. There is almost always someone close by and available if you need help finding something. Usually they even come to you and ask if you need help. Many times better than service you will receive at the other large chain store!
