First of all this is a decent company. At first I wasnt so sure but once I learned the ropes and how things worked with hoppers I was fine. Never ever waited for loads. Matter of fact most times I was booked for the whole week in advance. Some loads pay better than others but they try to at least gross 3k or more to the truck. My pay checks were good and I never had any issues with payroll. I was never lied to about anything that I can think of. We had 2 dispatchers at the time and went down to one. Very honest guys and they work hard to keep us moving. The only cons is the trailers need work and I had to always get something fixed on them. Other than that good company!

I was only with Armada logistics for a short period of time, but I can honestly say that I had no regrets. Armada did absolutely nothing wrong. My career ended with Armada and it was a bittersweet goodbye to the trucking industry after 25 years behind the wheel. Armada logistics was the best company I ever drove for.
God had other plans for me and not only do I praise God, but I thank Armada for standing behind me at the end of my career. Still love everyone there.

Do not come to work for this company. They lie about everything! Dispatch does not know how to schedule loads, as they had me scheduled to pick up while I was still loaded causing a conflict of appointments and making me lose my so called guarantee. They also say you will be home for the weekend (Saturday and sunday) and that is also a lie. They will tell you you are regional then send you out to the west coast! This company will eventually shut down. I am starting the process of taking legal action to collect my pay. Dont fall for the lies.

Thats a lie! I asked to speak to whoever was in charge, manager over my dispatch, and he REFUSED TO GET ON THE PHONE OR RETURN MY CALL. fact is I was under a load Thanksgiving through friday in which I delivered my load (on Friday) preforming my duties. Further more I simply said that I wanted to get my daughter for the weekend, which I was told I would be off. Also was told I'd be regional. I was dispatched to California!. Also spent 3 days trying to pick up a load because I was given wrong information and you can't get ahold of anyone after 4pm. After going back and fourth trying to wash out fiber glass from some previous load I didn't haul. Very unorganized.

Also I wasn't the only one from my orientation that has left. Thats no coincidence.

Sounds like High Country Transport with a Different Name and location they moved from Cortez Co to Lancaster Tx to Midlothian now changed there name and are now and are in Cleburne Tx very interesting.

Driver beware and steer clear of this company! I agree with Ray's review 1 yr ago. Disorganized orientation.
