The employes are great. But this is listed as an authorized UPS store. But this store does NOT accept QR codes. How does a shipping company not accept QR codes? Sooner or later, they're going to have to modernize.

I hate to leave this review. One of my USPS packages was lost a couple of weeks ago after dropping off at Cleburne Shipping. This resulted in my eBay account being negatively impacted. If you are shipping USPS, I strongly urge you to go to USPS directly, wait in line, and get a receipt. Avoid third party drop off locations that do not have the ability to scan in your packages. Avoid USPS after hour drop boxes as well. If your package does not show that USPS scanned it, you have zero protection and are out the item and the cost of the item. I wish I had known this instead of learning the hard way.

So disappointed as I have been a customer of Cleburne Shipping for years.
I attempted to reach out to them via email over a week ago regarding this issue and never received a response.
