We have been using this storage facility for several years. They have all different size units with reasonable prices and some are even climate controlled. The owner has always been super nice and has been great to work with. I highly recommend them.

It is a climate controlled storage building. The person running the operation is Tony. Very nice man. very helpful and professional. The units are really clean. Bugs and rodents do NOT LIVE THERE. HAD MY BELONGINGS IN STORAGE 6 MONTHS. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. NO MOISTURE. DRY AND ACTUALLY THE WHOLE BUILDING IS CLEAN. I WOULD Definitely USE THEM AGAIN IF THE NEED ARISSES, DEFINÁTELY A WELL ORGANIZED OPERATION.

Used them for two flipping years. Overpriced and quick to double-lock if you lose track and miss a payment. And now that the new owners have taken over it is even worse. At least the old owners were fairly nice. I wouldn’t use them and I’m moving out ASAP.

If I could leave a zero I would. I’m disgusted by the whole situation. I had my furniture professionally wrapped and put into this storage facility. I went to retrieve my items and there were piles of cat vomit outside my unit and the unit itself was rodent infested. All of my furniture including wood is chewed, full of droppings, and completely destroyed. When I had the employee come out to my unit I was told they aren’t responsible for anything and they’ll leave a message for someone to call me next week. No apology, nothing. They also said that even though there are no visable rodent pest control boxes anywhere near the units, there is no way that their facility isn’t doing w proper job of pest control. I’m appalled, disgusted, and heart broken.

No one ever answers at any of their properties. I ended up storing with the new phenix city self storage at the old kmart on hwy 280
