Got home from vacation Monday (12/2/24) and found our propane tank had a leak and we were completely out! Called Spencer Mountain Propane and the lady we spoke to claimed that they could POSSIBLY be out the next day (12/3), MOST LIKELY would be out Wednesday (12/4) and it would MAYBE be Thursday (12/5). It is now Thursday and when we called they didn’t even have the correct name in their system for our address, after we had already them around $800.00 (They had the previous owner) and told us it would be tomorrow. The lady claimed she had no idea who would have told us that time frame of delivery. Very disappointed, considering we have a 2 year old and no heat in the house. Not only that we had another company that said they could have been here on Thursday but we decided we would go with Spencer Mountain because they claimed they could be here in the same time frame and were a local company.

Spencer Mountain Propane is our "go to" company when we need our tank filled. Their customer service is amazing! (Thank you Kathy!) Chris is a top notch delivery guy who is always friendly and professional. We are always happy with the service they provide! Make sure to give them a call when you need propane!

Order my fuel called the next day was told it could take up to 10 days to deliver called on Monday and was told it was to be delivered on 2/19/25 here it is and no delivery called was told tomorrow because of the weather no call from anyone to tell me this very unprofessional and I work nights so been up since 8PM yesterday it's 2PM the next day so sad

NEED PROPANE? Then you definitely want to do business with the GREAT folks( Kathy and Chris) at Spencer Mountain Propane(UPG)! You will be hard pressed to find anyone who works as hard as their driver, Chris! This guy is incredible, he is polite and is conscientious of your yard. On the other hand, you have Kathy in the office, there too is a GREAT person to work with, so so friendly and helpful! So, if you’re new to the area or just looking for a new propane company, Spencer Mountain Propane is who you want to deal with!

Spencer UPG is wonderful to get propane from. The receptionist, Kathy, is wonderful to talk with. She is always so friendly and helpful. I always enjoy talking with her. She deserves a raise as I'm sure dealing with the public is not much fun.
