Do not waste your time with this company. Drivers don’t show up, said he was going to haul a 3500 van with a ford f-150, got lost, called me ten times in the middle of the night, and then never showed or heard from again. Do bot recommend whatsoever.

These guys are worthless and rude to try and deal with from the truckers side of it. If you don’t want your stuff hauled by someone that’s ticked off by the broker, don’t use these guys.

I was super impressed by the efficiency of your pickup and delivery drivers. The pickup driver came right to my house so I did not have to inconvenience someone to pick me up at meet up place. Your driver was courteous and punctual. I will definitely use G&G Transport again

I arranged with James Doyle of G&G Auto transport to ship my car from CA to NY. He promised great service and proper communication throughout the process. On the first date that he promised my car would be picked up, they were a no-show, and then he promised the next day and the day after that, and they were still a no-show. They never picked up the car. When I tried to reach James, he neither answered his phone, nor did he respond to my voicemail and text messages. These guys are shady and cannot be trusted.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their slogan "NO FEAR NO LIMITS NO EXCUSES" what a joke! They were in communication with us to bring us 9 vehicles and the day AFTER they were supposed to arrive with our vehicles they cancel the transport. No call no contact just canceled through central dispatch without an actual word from the company!

Would give zero stars if I could. Almost no communication, forced me to pay extra via venmo or else they would drop the load, now a week after promised delivery and still no communication, answering calls or messages. At this point, G&G Transportation has committed extortion, fraud, and maybe even a RICO case. DO NOT USE G&G, they will promise you a cheap rate, and then make you pay extra on venmo or cashapp, and then still not deliver your load.

Broker/dispatcher makes commitments that the drivers do not meet. Had a delivery delayed twice for no obvious reason. Car was finally delivered a day late and inoperable. Broker/dispatcher and driver unloaded rhe car and left it. Have shipped multiple classic cars with other transport companies with no issues. This experience with G&G was awful, and I saved all of the text communications.
