My husband and I went ring shopping for my 10 year wedding anniversary ring and when I saw this ring I fell in love instantly! I no longer wanted to search. After I picked out this ring, I left the rest in my husband's hands. Jason was a wonderful and super patient in helping my husband purchase my ring, especially since my ring was low in stock. I was absolutely amazed when I went to Shane.com just to "Browse". I have my wife's wedding ring and wanted to get diamond for it. After scoping out a few diamonds I had some questions, I saw a little chat bubble on the page and decided to click it. After a few prompts I got Chelsea on the Chat and wow! I really felt like I had a personal Jewler helping me out through this process. Chelsea was very knowledgeable and gave very good options and shared her opinions. This was much better than driving an hour away. I was in and out of chat with reciept in about 30min. I think you guys should make the chat bubble bigger! Thank you so much for your help Chelsea!!!

I was looking for a necklace for my wife for Xmas and with my super busy schedule it’s hard for me to get time to go to their showroom. I found what I wanted online and was helped by Josiah and with his help was able to get everything done and the necklace is ready to be picked up the same day. Customer service is top notch! This ain’t Macy’s-

I purchased hoop earrings and discussed with the representative that I’m allergic to metal, not gold. She assured me that the posts were gold but that if I had an allergic reaction that I could return it.

I was here on vacation and just returned this week. I came in today and the sales lady said- you’ve had the earrings too long- no return, no same store credit for the $1600 earrings. If I wanted the manager says you could buy $3200 of merchandise and then get $1600 towards that item.

First- shame on Shane Co.

Second- try not to sell fake metal and then customers would not need to return it.

Third- lousy return policy, sad customer service and you just lost my business and respect.

Dylan went above and beyond. Seriously felt like we acquired another family member. He was extremely helpful, excellent knowledge and perfectly honest.
