This company uses truck drivers to support their lifestyles. They work the system to benefit themselves while providing low paying trucking careers, and they take your money. You are paying for other people to have a living if you work here and you will not have any money for yourself. They play games, and you might win some money, but keep in mind they are screwing the actual truck driver and their families over to give themselves a job. If you're going to work here, buy yourself some lube so you're comfortable when they bend you over. They are the school yard bullies. Truck drivers, please stand up for yourself against bullies like these people who abuse truck drivers.

The pay is good for a beginner that needs 1 year of experience, the people are very helpful and full of love that’s why I will recommend the company to others but I must add on it’s 40 cent a mile! 40 cent a mile…nothing more, nothing less! On top of that, if you quit without a notice they’ll add on a QUITTING DEDUCTION which will take money from your last check. So don’t be surprised about your check being cut to nothing😂😂😂. Thank you for the opportunity and no they did not lie about anything but damn, that’s all I can say!!! Highly recommend the company for beginners and also for drivers that just want to make it home on weekends!

Read your contract carefully...Says you have to stay for a year or you would have to pay 2,500...I ended up staying for a year, but the funny thing is that the company even called me and congratulated me on my year mark and now I owe. New drivers be careful this how they make money very shiesty company.

I'm new as a driver to Titan but not new to the Titan Family I originally was introduced to Titan by my ex Todd and they always treated us GREAT, ON TIME/CORRECT PAY AND WILLING TO WORK WITH HIM anytime he need off. I look at this company as a new family and I will forever be grateful to Amanda, Lindsey, and Mr. Jimmy for this wonderful opportunity. ❤️ Over the passed three years I've seen several drivers return to TITAN after they realized the grass was only greener on the other side because it was FAKE!!! { FYI}: No company is perfect but I rather go with one that values the driver as much as they do the freight they're hauling!

My own personal experience working for them is I would not recommend it. Yes, I got a brand new truck, same week I got it, it literally started falling apart. 52 cents per mile split between teams. They claim to be able to have you back home every weekend, that was a lie. So much miscommunication and unnecessary hurdles just during on the job training. READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY. I joined ALREADY having a CDL, and they're trying to claim that because I left before a year of working with them, that I owe them $2800 for supposedly getting my license through them. I experienced all this first hand. I haven't worked for them since December and it is now April, I'm still dealing with them. Got in a wreck on I40 in New mexico, and as soon as I was able to contact them, their only concern was getting me back on the road. The most I made in 1 week with non-stop driving was about $1100 (about $700 less than I was told I'd make on a good week)

This company is a JOKE!!!. I highly recommend do not come to this trucking company. They will rob you of your money earned. They will pay you less that you are worth. They have favoritism toward their senior employees regardless what they do wrong they push it off like it's no big deal. All they care about is that they get what they want. They lie about everything. They will just tell you what you want to hear until you start then they hide a 1 year contract. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE SCAMS.

There’s something to be said for southern hospitality in Tennessee. Great company to drive for and they have plenty of miles. Special thanks goes out to the breakdown girls, the dispatchers, and the planners. I only have one issue in the company and that’s I have nothing to complain about in their policies or how operations are conducted every day. Good company to work for and hope to have a very long tenure here if this keeps up. If I had to find something negative is that my paycheck each week, is about half of what I’m used to and that is alright with me. Working with all these awesome co-workers makes that lost pay more rewarding than some worthless green paper. Sending out prayers to all my brother drivers to be safe out there this super bowl weekend. And go Eagles!!!

I can't post in Maryland for today's service so I'm posting here hopefully someone will see this post at titan and call Danial in Maryland shop to thank him
Danial is an excellent mechanic and when I tell you he goes above and beyond to do repairs fast friendly I was a mechanic I know an excellent mechanic he is thorough checks all around my tractor and repaired the trailer I picked up so fast he truly isn't paid enough Danial thank you. You very well have saved my life and kept me safe I didn't see the problem with steer tires you did for that I am great full bless you and your family and titan for haveing danial
