It's got air conditioning, very fine. Good for storage, decent clearance. It is visible from the I-64, too, so it is very hard to miss. Concrete floors and metal walls, easy to navigate. Bright lighting when needed, and very secure. I was completely overjoyed every single time I entered the facility, and seeing the clean floors and high ceiling made me happy. The gate is noisy, too, so there is little to complain about. Pretty good place, I guess.

We rented a climate controlled unit to store some high quality furniture we inherited. My unit sat unopened and undisturbed for four years. While I never doubted my furniture was safe from theft and temperature & water damage, I was thrilled with how I found it. The unit was so clean; there were no spider webs, no signs of any insects, and very little dust. A pillar candle had accidentally been left in a drawer, and it had no signs of melting - no wax ring underneath it - the surface was still smooth and unchanged. My sister commented that the unit was nice enough to live in. If you need to store items of value, this is the place to be.
