Posting this out of principal and extremely disappointed in Center Hill Lake Big and Tall Boat Storage. Rented a unit for my Airstream for ~4 years. During which time I always pre-paid months in advance / never complained about anything and generally kept to myself coming and going from the unit.

During that ~4 year time timespan, the keypad gate only worked within the last six months of renting (which meant you had to physically get out of your vehicle and un-do a combo lock to access storage), there was also a flooding incident in my unit allowing ~6 inches of standing water (which forced them to install a French drain system that should have been there from the beginning), a super sloppy accounting system conversion that sent out a multiple erroneous emails stating I was overdue on payment when in reality I was paid through months in advance, and the cherry on top... I called their management number on 12/26 (a story in it's own right if you have any interactions with one of the owners specifically....) to let them know I would not be renewing my lease. Fast forward to 1/20 and I move out and ask that I be refunded for the month of February that I pre-paid, only to be told that they needed 60 days notice to refund (which I gave but they do not acknowledge?).

In summary, if you want a reputable storage unit for an RV or Boat in Middle TN, go somewhere else. These guys are figuring it out as they go and are unethical.

Big and Tall boat storage is a very well lit set of units! I can grab my boat late at night or early in the morning, and see great! The units are very secure and the owners are great people who are willing to help with whatever you need!! 100% Think you should consider coming here to store your boat or camper!!!

Great facility! Well lite, lots of security cameras and the most convenient to center hill marina. The units are huge and very reasonably priced. It’s also owned by a local family who boats and understands your needs.

Big and tall boat storage is the best place ever to store your boat… Easy access and only a few minutes from the lake… plenty of lighting and lots of security features features and we love the fact that they have electricity
