If I could give the customer service zero stars I would. My husband purchased a gun around November, after purchasing and shooting he realized that there was a defect with the gun. We were told to bring the gun into the store and they could ship it to the manufacturer. We did that. The manager on duty was incredibly irritated that they would have to ship the gun back but did keep the gun. After having the gun OVER a month we are currently headed home with the gun to ship it ourselves as Sportsman’s Warehouse NEVER shipped the gun out. It is absolutely disrespectful to buy something that is defective and then to not take care of the problem. Will NEVER purchase from here again.

Hands down, probably the fastest buy online and pick-up in store I’ve ever experienced. I’ve probably had to wait 2-3 days after placing an order online, then it’s ready for pick up. Definitely will be purchasing most of my 2A needs here!

DO NOT BUY A RIFLE FROM HERE

I went into sportsman’s warehouse today to buy a used Sig Sauer m400 SDI x series for 1019$. Great deal right! Well as soon as I started asking questions about if I could check the bolt carrier and the barrel, that great deal took a turn. I’m not saying I need customer service that’s all buddy buddy, but seriously being a smart Alec and total jerk to both me and my friend doesn’t help. Especially when I was about to pay 1100$ bucks for something. So congratulations sportsman warehouse. I find shopping with you asinine and pointless if I’m going to be treated this way for buying something. I’d rather be treated with respect EVEN IF I PAY 100$ or 500$ more somewhere else.

Went here to get some ammo, asked the guy for a specific kind, and he said, "You see the turkey butt? It's on that aisle.", pointing at a large, stuffed turkey. 10/10 for being humorous and making me laugh.

Awesome sporting goods store. Is a wide variety of anything you can think of outdoors including grills and out door cooking supplies. I have made several purchases from here and the staff has always been friendly and willing to help.

Over priced and low selection compared to other outdoor stores. The only reason I would go there is if I needed ammo and I didn't want to make the drive to Academy Sports in Smyrna. Seriously, go to Academy and have a better selection while saving money.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Bill the store manager is great. Several amazing items and priced very comparatively. I found a leatherman that was priced the same as on Amazon and I could get it and walk out the door without waiting for it to ship.

Awesome place! My trip to a snowy place was coming up and Amazon cancelled my order last minute so I was bootless for my trip! Found this place online that carried what I needed. I first called and the person on the other end of the line was not very helpful or motivated to help but the second time I called I got to talk to Ren! She was amazing and saved the day for me. She was so eager to help me and so patient with my requests. I can not say enough good things about Ren. Thank you so much for caring enough to save my trip. Go sportsman’s warehouse and Ren!
