The managers, Ken and Alea, are very kind and helpful. I have been with them for years. I left and went to another well known storage facility because it was closer to my house. Worst choice EVER because everything in my storage was eaten by rats. I did not hesitate to go back to where I knew they treated you wirh love. They welcomed me back with love. Ken is always out on the property and everytime I see him he is smiling. He always goes out the way to make sure my needs or requests are met. One time the gate was malfunctioning and he quickly came to my rescue to make sure I was still able to get inside of my unit. He never meets a beat. They are some really awesome people.

Have been very nice and understanding with my situation. The only thing that disturbed me was an extra 2 fees as I was extra late.for 1 month.
I wished I would have known it before..
Now, my account is back in good shape.

Ken and Aleah are the couple who run U-Stor. They are the nicest most accommodating people. I moved from another storage facility that had charged me SO much money and it seemed like they went up every month I was there. I had been there for years and my storage cost had tripled in the time I stored my items there. Loyalty meant nothing to these people and they changed owners 4 times while I used them. When I finally had enough of paying 3x the original amount for a rat infested obviously neglected place, I searched for a new facility. I was SO happy to find U-Stor. What a HUGE difference! My ex-husband, my daughter and myself ALL have storage units at Ken & Aleah's U-Stor and we all pay less together than what I was paying for that ONE storage unit at a place right down the street. You CANNOT , & WILL NOT find a better place to store your valuables than at U-Stor in Bartlett. They actually care about you, and your business. Book a unit there and you will thank me later! I promise., They are GREAT PEOPLE!

I love the friendly atmosphere and if there was anything I needed to ask they were very patient with me and I understood what they were saying. This is the funniest part I couldn't see through the plastic because they said when you push button to go in the gate it cause a problem when it was cold. They will come out and make sure that I was able to get into the gate. 😄 Yep they came out. So I think them so much for their patients. And if I knew anybody that needed storage I would recommend them thank you so much Mr Ken and your beautiful wife. And your sweet spirit. I give them a 5.

My experience at U-Stor Bartlett Self Storage was a very positive one. The property managers, Alea and Ken New, have done a wonderful job in managing this business. It has been great that they live onsite and can keep a lookout for the business. It's also been great that they have been so very available, not only in person, but also by telephone (call or text) and by email. They have also been extremely kind and professional.
