I brought 2 dresses for dry cleaning and one pair of pants that had been previously hemmed but the hem was coming out - to be fixed. After almost 2 weeks I got one dress back. The employee in the store doesn’t know why, or where my other items are or when they will be ready. This happened with Lapels once before and I am still missing one sweater. Any other dry cleaner I’ve used returns all items together and the employees are not usually clueless. I will never use them again.

I want everyone to know that although I did have the above issues, the owner contacted me by telephone and apologized for the mixup, explained his employee shortage due to illness, and personally delivered the missing clothing to my house free of charge. Now that, my friends, is customer service. I have now given Lapels five stars. This is an owner that cares about his customers, his business and his employees.

The employee seems to have listening problems I had to repeat my name 4x when I returned to pick my order up. Besides that, the service performed on my items were unacceptable. I submitted the items with stains & they were returned with the same stains. I will NEVER return. I feel like I was scammed. The experience was a waste of my time, money &, gas.

Had a couple shirts dry cleaned. Nice job. Only difference was the quoted price. Actual price was a dollar more per shirt. Owner called and apologized for misunderstanding in price and gave us a credit. Quick response and nice of them. We will be back. Ty

The charge to have 4 drapes was 122.00. I was appalled at the cost. Had I not paid for expensive drapes I would have left my drapes there. Taking advantage of their customers in this manner is incomprehensible. With a cost so high they should have given me a quote when I dropped the drapes off. Needless to say I will not be returning there.

This was my first time at the Carolina Forest facility. It went as expected. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The woman helping me was the same for drop off and pick up; She was cheery, smiling, and made it a great experience.

The lack of reliable service claims is something a company should never tolerate. The total lack of reliable tailoring service has left me no choice than to look elsewhere. Twice I was told the tailor/seamstress worked 8am - 2pm. TWICE I showed up between 8am and 11:30am and TWICE - NO TAILOR . She decided to go home, it was slow !!!
