Beware of this place!! Do not use this store they will charge fees without letting you know upfront. When I told The girl that was helping me that it would be a good idea to let customers know if there are fees upfrtont before a customer starts a transaction, there was another female that was very disrespectful which jumped in and started talking over us. The girl that was helping me was actually calm and nice.

I rent a mailbox with 4 Montrose Express and I just have to say, they are the best at what they do! I’ve had so many packages shipped here in the 6 years that I’ve been renting a mail/P.O. Box and the staff are super nice and helpful. I’ve also renewed my window & plate sticker here too. I’m so glad that I can always count on 4 Montrose for my packaging/shipping needs!

I haven't used them yet for shipping as I'm getting my item ready to ship. But what I can say so far is the phone representative was super nice, spoke English (a lot of places I've called don't and my Spanish level is only low intermediate) but she helped and explained things and I will be using them once I have everything in order. These people at this location are rude disrespectful and ignorant bad customer service I have a mailbox here for my business I got it through a third party and I regret. I'm going to see what I can do in terms of switching my location only downside is it's cost me money and I don't want to change my address when I just connected my business to it smh terrible.

I was able to make copies and mail a regular letter envelope and a special bigger envelope for cards in a matter of minutes. The man (likely the owner) was very kind and friendly. Easy to talk to and made sure to safely and securely dispose of an extra photocopy of my ID. Cost me under $4 and it's a one stop shop for everything except UPS pickup. Great place, glad its right near my apartment. 👍
