Came for a pickup. When I arrived, the gentleman explained to me that the time the broker said the load would be ready wasn't accurate. so I wasnt surprised lol, but because or the transparency I received from them and the professionalism they displayed and, it's trucking you just really never know I applaud them, and they efforts and they also explain how they was short staffed that day and, they was training now was that all true 🤷🏾‍♂️but because he gave me and explanation. never the less again it's trucking. You gotta have patience. I was only there for 2 hours, so that's normal for the most part.

Bring correct p/u number with You. The People are nice , they will load your truck right away. Pickups are on the East Docks, deliveries are on the 2 South Docks.

If i could give it no stars i would. They take hours to load and no restrooms for drivers. Not even porta johns. I'm fortunate to not have forced dispatch. I've banned this company.
