Waited 15 minutes in line 2 people head oh me…cashier slow don’t act like she knows what she doing…another lady behind counter comes out gets drinks and snacks and bypasses us and then Coca Cola 3/6 and they don’t ring up 3/6 ring 2 something each…moral story is not going by they price guide drinks wasn’t stocked waited for long and they lost 85 in gas over drinks a wait and another employee getting waited on infront of people waiting in line.

Under new management with ATTITUDE!!! This place is horrible customer service. Bathroom locked at noon... snobby worker. She clearly wouldn't check back room, she cared less telling me we are under new management!! You're still murphys USA lady! 🤦

Usually pretty friendly and helpful. Was told if cones up next to booth employee can remove for those needing their assistance .

However, an employee has parked car there on two of those days assistance was needed and wasn't friendly to assist. Instead, drove to Kroger to receive the assistance needed those two days within the same week.

There was a young man during shift change who was kind and helpful. This was on another day during the same week. Had been three times to fuel up (since had to return due to the number of days having to drive out distances).

YET, this was the one day of the three I was able to receive assistance fueling.

The young man removed the cones. Allowed the car to pull in and asked if he could help as he saw the difficulties trying to maneuver and stand to get to the tank. He told me he didn't mind. He understood because he had someone he has had to assist outside of his job before.

I was so glad and appreciative of him, his caring and kindness. I believe he drove the black truck that was in employee area where most park.

( Giving this info to assist the company in knowing who he is and hopefully to show companies gratitude for his customer care and assistance especially recognizing my distressed state of physical nature)

He asked for my card and handed it to the clerk inside who wasn't as accepting despite his explanation to her. She did transaction only because of him. That was a sign of his extreme care, kindness and consideration on his part. Her not so much. As upon return her car blocked the same area and she never noted my attempts to get her. Therefore, i left and went to Kroger Fuel.

Another Fueling place especially the one off Exit 1 has the wheelchair logo on certain pumps and a sign asking to park and blow and assistance will be provided. I personally never needed them especially since not in those areas frequently.

However, I saw another person I recognized upon a few visits there use that assistance. I asked the cashier and she explained. Then I noticed similiar at a smaller family oriented neighborhood corner store in two locations.

Therefore, I can't help but wonder is this practice done at Murphy or was it just this male employee last week and two other female night employees long ago? ( Since, not in this dire state as often while out..mostly stuck in when in such a state)

Also, This is because I noticed a discrepancy in those employees versus the larger female who parked there and wasn't so friendly nor helpful.

All in all staff is great deals are great. However I asked for rich tobacco flavored(brown box) Vuse pods and received menthol(green box). Now I am color blind and have had this issue in the past and have learned to read before opening. When I got to other side of town and opened bag I noticed mistake. No biggie I'll take back next time and exchange. They don't refund or exchange mistakes they make on tobacco products. I've never used menthol so I know I didn't get what I asked or paid for. Their mistake cost me $10 it's going to cost them 365 days lost business from me about $4000+. You can take time to check the ID of a 48 year old thick gray beard take time in pulling and bagging products. Anywhere else this has happened(twice) no issues I will spend my money there.

I don't know why it takes so long at the register here. I understand theres 1 person and sometimes it's the customer being served. But golly...15 to 20 minutes of my 30 minute break shouldn't be taken up by standing in lin . Takes me less than a minute to walk over.
