With so many choices of storage facilities in our area, the one element that made the difference was Ms Kimberly. She is awesome and a ball of energy. She was great fun for my 7 year old daughter who officially calls her Auntie Kim now😂. This was our first time meeting each other, but we laughed and talked like we were two best friends who hadn't seen each other for years.

She helped make the process of selecting the appropriate size so easy. We were able to view the sizes available to see which would fit our needs. Being a customer who couldn't make up her mind, I had to see 1st and 2nd floor options. The facility is clean and very safe. So glad we had the pleasure to meet Ms Kim.
