We’ve had a unit here since we moved to Florida 6 years ago. The management, staff and facilities have been wonderful to work with. We’ll definitely be using Tellus self storage in Florence again should the need arise. The facilities are clean and the property is well kept.

I highly recommend Tellus Self Storage of Florence. I used one of their climate controlled units for about a year. The facility was always clean and easy to access. While making multiple trips over several days, I noticed the HVAC system had quit working. As I was about to call Ms. Jan to let her know, a service technician arrived to repair the system. She had already noticed the failed system and had it repaired immediately. Ms. Jan treats the facility with pride, and she is a pleasure to deal with.

Best rates in the area for climate controlled storage units. The facility is super super clean with 24/7 access with your own personal code. The office staff is highly professional in dealing with any situation. Security cameras set up around the facility, well lit to feel safe all hours of the day.

We’ve had a unit at Tellus Florence since September 2023, and the manager, Ms Jan, has been very helpful. One of the days we were moving something and it looked like it was going to rain, she gave us some garbage bags and tape to cover our stuff up with so it wouldn’t get messed up. The security is great, as we’ve never had any issues with our things being tampered with. Ms Jan checks the units everyday to make sure everything is as it should be. They give you a personalized gate code to enter and exit with. You have access to your unit 24/7 365. The property has always been very nice and well maintained. The accessibility is convenient. Would recommend.
