Not sure how this company is still in business. Based on the reviews and my own experience, these guys try to pay you as less as possible once you deliver a load. We had a lumper at a delivery, and I was given a green light by the broker to pay it. Next thing you know, they're trying to tell us it was prepaid. Even though everybody knows Safeway does not do prepaid lumpers. These guys will also not pay you detention. And having to wait 30 days to find out if your lumper will be reimbursed is outrageous. Stay away from them. They are not worth carriers' time and resources. The accounting lady was also very disrespectful. Telling me ,"how about you stay quiet and let me finish, and then you can talk" is not a way to have a conversation.

Booked a load with Cliff Horton to pick up a load in Waterloo IA . He held my truck for 2 days and still had no answers from his customer about when they will start loading driver. I as a dispatcher got answers in about 10-15 minutes once I go to work and turns out the load isnt ready and they dont know when it will be ready. Avoid these kind of brokers

Do not Haul load for this company. They will deducted your rate after delivery because only reason receiver doesn’t put in and out times on bills. They always trying to rate deduction with different ways.

Please DO NOT HAUL for these guys, they are Master in delaying tactics to paying the payment. first time called at 4pm lady put me on hold after 22 mints of hold called again and said lady is gone or the rest of the day call on monday. do good for your self DO NOT HAUL.
invoice was due on 4/22/2018 called on 4/23 said Check will be signed on 4/27. did followup call on following Monday 4/30 said person is sick will sign check end of the week, did followup again in month of May at last they mailed the check for 3200/- got may 10 $160$ LESS

DO NOT HAUL LOADS FOR THIS BROKER. They deduct money from your load by making stupid excuses like “you guys didn’t provide gate pass” or “we had to reschedule your appointment” which is not carrier’s fault. This happened with multiple carriers.

This company will book the load stating the load is ready , after confirming if the load is ready - u get 100% ready. After driving 120 miles to pick up the load is not ready - u wait 11 hours ... meanwhile Kevin is promising they ll take care of u and it’s shipper fault not theirs... u are going to delivery for 6 am and get unloaded at 6 pm... Kevin is promising to take care of u, after u get unloaded u ll receive email stating that “they refused to pay detention at shipper and layover at receiver” (who they u never know)
This company makes up stories, their loads hold your equipment for days and u ll NOT get compensated

I've been doing business with these guys since doors first opened, the staff is amazing and professional. They have freight year round with advance,quick pay options. They ALWAYS pay on time with no hassle or deduction... Great company to haul for.

Be careful with broker they will run a bunch of loads and then they find excuses not to pay you. They are experts at finding excuses why not to pay the carrier. do yourself a favor stay away from them. I have several thousand in unpaid loads that we run for them.
