Load was not ready that means waited 6 hours but when I got dock they started immediately ( got paper 20 minutes after dock ) , getting dock is pretty tricky , overnight is available but no restroom , very dusty better have face mask.

It's a very bad place, loading takes a very long time. When you go in and ask, you see an employee who talks to you very badly. Be careful of the blond kid in his twenties who works in the office. He is a poor guy who thinks he is above everyone and everything.

The actual loading was quick, twenty minutes, tops. The entrance is the South entrance then go around South side of buildings, around East side of buildings and as close to the shipping office on the north side as you can get. Then walk(it might be from from the south side of the building) all the way to the shipping office to check in. Once you do that, go back to your truck and follow the line around to the docks. All of the docks are a little tight. They do provide a plastic outhouse for your long wait times though. The guys that work here seem to be nice. Over all, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Horrible office worker and horrible loaders can load anything the way it needs to be unload. Truckers have to be legal and they don't care about it load a truck wrong after 3 hous waiting to get load only to have a worker yell at u and be totally unprofessional,and a supervisor that doesn't want to do his job.

I came during the storm the entrance was iced chained to come in; loading was better than expected (1 hour) after being sent from primary location just 7mi
